ICREST Submission Requirements

Submission Requirements

• Manuscripts must be written in English.
• Papers should present original and unpublished research.
• All submissions must follow the official IC-REST 2026 manuscript template.
• Authors are responsible for ensuring that their manuscripts are free from grammatical and formatting errors before submission.
• All submitted papers will undergo a reviewed and all selected articles will be submitted in SCOPUS JOURNAL
• Papers accepted after the review process must be revised according to the reviewers’ comments before final submission.
• At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the paper at the conference.
• Only presented papers will be eligible for publication in the conference proceedings and selected indexed journals, subject to the publisher’s policies and editorial requirements.

Paper Format

• Language: English
• Paper Length: 4–8 pages (including figures, tables, and references)
• File Format: Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) using the official conference template
• Reference Style: IEEE Citation Style

Review Process

Each submitted manuscript will be evaluated based on:

• Originality and novelty
• Technical quality and scientific contribution
• Methodological soundness
• Relevance to the conference theme
• Clarity of presentation and organization

Authors will receive reviewers’ comments and notification of acceptance according to the conference schedule.

Submission Process

1. Download the official manuscript template.
2. Prepare your manuscript according to the formatting guidelines.
3. Submit your paper through the IC-REST 2026 Online Submission System before the submission deadline.
4. Revise your manuscript (if required) based on reviewers’ comments.
5. Submit the final camera-ready paper.
6. Complete the registration process and present your paper during the conference.

Important Notes

• Papers with a high similarity index or evidence of plagiarism will be rejected immediately.
• Simultaneous submission to another conference or journal is strictly prohibited.
• Authors are encouraged to proofread their manuscripts carefully before submission.
• The organizing committee reserves the right to reject papers that do not comply with the conference scope or formatting requirements.
